Judson Hill has made public service the cornerstone of his life for over 30 years. As an Assistant U.S. Attorney under President Reagan, Officer in the Georgia State Defense Force, State Senator, working for Promise Keepers Men’s Ministry, a small businessman for over two decades and leader in our community, Judson has a proven record of getting results for those he serves.
In the Georgia Senate, Judson has tackled the difficult issues head on and gained a reputation as a hard-working conservative leader committed to a deep understanding of the issues and strong voice for his constituents. A recognized leader on patient centered healthcare solutions and tax reform issues, Judson has a solid record of opposing higher taxes and harmful government regulations. Having never voted for a budget in the State Senate that does not balance, Judson knows that the only way to stop Washington’s out-of-control spending is with a Balanced Budget Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
Judson Hill has made strong family values, individual liberties and limited government the foundation of his public service. His support for the unborn has been unwavering, and he has been a proud defender of our 2nd Amendment rights. Protecting our First Amendment freedoms while reining in the intrusive federal government bureaucracy will be a priority for Judson in Congress. That is why trusted names for conservatives such as Speaker Newt Gingrich and the Family Research Council are committed to sending Judson to Washington.
After graduating from Emory University and getting his law degree at Mercer University, Judson moved to East Cobb where he and his wife, Shelly, have now been members of the community for over 30 years.
They have raised their three children in Cobb County schools and have volunteered their time and resources to many great causes serving those less fortunate. They have been small business owners for several decades and attend Johnson Ferry Baptist Church where Judson has served as a Sunday school and Bible study teacher.
