Judson Hill signs US Fair Tax Pledge

Judson Hill has signed the US Fair Tax Pledge, pledging to cosponsor the House legislation that would eliminate the income tax and abolish the IRS.

“During my time in the state Senate, I created and chaired the Fair Tax committee and held hearings around the state and issued a published report of our findings,” Judson said. “I have signed the Fair Tax Pledge in this race, but my commitment to this reform extends back many years, and this bill will be one of the first that I sign when I get to Congress.”

The Fair Tax is a national sales tax that allows Americans to keep their entire paycheck while eliminating the need for the IRS and keeping Social Security and Medicare funding unchanged.

“I look forward to joining Congressman Rob Woodall and others to advance and pass a Fair Tax bill in the US Congress. Georgians deserve lower taxes, and I am the only candidate in this race with a proven record of fighting for lower taxes across the board,” Judson said.

Along with fighting for tax reform, Judson will work with Secretary Tom Price in the fight to repeal and replace Obamacare with patient-centered solutions that increase choice and lower costs for Georgians.
